Shipping Address

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service using Priority or First Class Mail.

Shipping Internationally

All international shipments will be mailed by Priority International Mail.  Customs forms will be marked as merchandise and reflect the current value of the item.  Additional tax may be required by the receiving country and will be the customer's sole responsibility.  The customer is also responsible for retrieving the item from customs and paying any amount that is due.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is calculated by the United States Postal Service and is based on weight, location, and delivery method.  You will be charged exact postage and a very small handling fee to cover shipping materials.  Shipping is calculated during checkout.

Kaylee's Collectables relies on the accuracy of the United States Postal Service's rate calculator.  In the event shipping is miscalculated, Kaylee's Collectables reserves the right to refund over charges or in very rare instances charge additional for shipping.

Shipping Time

Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt and shipped within 1 to 2 business days thereafter.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day.

When using Google Checkout your credit card is not charged until your order has been processed and the package is ready to go.  You will then receive an email from Google Checkout when your package is picked up by the Post Office.  This is usually around 3pm the same day.

Shipping Delays

We always strive for customer satisfaction. However, some shipping delays are beyond our control such as weather and delivery errors. In order to ensure your order arrives promptly please review all information submitted before processing orders.

Customer is subsequently responsible for shipping and handling charges in order to reship your package.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return your item within 7 days of receipt.   Prior approval for all returns is required.  Please send return requests to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .  Returns without prior approval or that do not follow our return policy will not be accepted.

DVDs, VHS tapes, and CDs can not be returned unless defective.  Clearance items and Great Deal items are also not returnable.

Returned items must Be 100% complete, in the same condition, contain all original boxes and packing materials, and contain all manuals, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.  Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

All returns and exchanges must be shipped within 3 business days once we have been notified. Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials and documentation.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. Package must be in original packaging without any damage in order to receive a refund. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable.
